Deal signed: Ayala Land buys most of ABS-CBN’s Quezon City complex for P6.2B

ABS-CBN has signed over 3 hectares of land in a P6.24-billion transaction.

The once dominant media giant will retain 1.4 hectares where the ELJ Center and studios sit. Ayala Land is now planning the site’s full redevelopment.
