🏡 Terms & Conditions for Monthly / Long-Term Stay
• Minimum stay requirement applies for monthly rentals.
• Advance payment and security deposit are required before move-in.
• Security deposit is refundable upon move-out, subject to unit inspection and no damages incurred.
• Monthly rental must be paid on or before the agreed due date.
• Utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and association dues may be charged separately unless stated otherwise.
• The unit must be kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged accordingly.
• Strictly no smoking inside the unit.
• Subleasing or unauthorized occupants are not allowed without approval.
• Guests and visitors must follow building and condominium policies.
• Excessive noise, illegal activities, and disturbances are strictly prohibited.
• The owner reserves the right to terminate the agreement for violations of the terms and conditions.
• Move-in and move-out schedules must be coordinated in advance.
