Last Friday, December 23, we did a site inspection of our Founders Nest Phase 1A in Talisay and we were very happy with the workmanship of our contractor 🌟. Even our Architects VISIONARCH were pleased with the ex*****on.

It was really very challenging to keep our prices low despite the skyrocketing construction cost. We even upgraded a lot of items that were not originally included!

We can’t wait to see the furnished unit designed by Chat Fores, before the Chinese New Year!

We are all excited to see one of our units at the FOUNDERS NEST finished by next week! 😉

With (one of the only 3 Filipino Architectural firms included in the Top 100 Architectural Firms in the World), and Chat (Chartra Fores) doing the Interior Design, you can only expect the best!
