DOCUMENTION AND LIAISON STAFF

Job Description:
1. Monitors log approval for TIN Verification, Issuance of CAR, Transfer of Tax Dec for Bank/Retail Financing Accounts.
2. Updates the appraisal fee and upgraded contribution for the transfer of clearance.
3. Create requests for Tax Declaration and Certified True Copies of Title.
4. Prepare Sales Status Report.
5. Prepares Documentation related to sales and post-sales.
6. Assists the Sales Team with ensuring the buyer submits all requirements in a timely manner.
7. Assists the Sales Team in checking the authenticity of all submitted requirements.
8. Assists the Sales Team is assessing capacity of buyers to purchase their chosen unit.
9. Maintain all buyer requirements on file.
10. Update Sales Monitoring Sheet on a weekly basis.
Location: Darasa, Tanauan
11. Make and post announcements on our social media pages.
12. Travel to the relevant government agencies for submission of applications & documents.
