We’re inviting design and build contractors, licensed architects and engineers to submit their company profiles for prequalification for an exciting elevated two-storey tiny house project! Below are the key evaluation criteria:

✅ 1. Licensing & Legal Credentials

Valid PRC license (Architect/Engineer)

Member of recognized orgs (UAP, ASEP, PICE, etc.)

DTI/SEC registration or firm license (PCAB, if applicable)

LGU-compliant permits and design certifications

🏗️ 2. Experience & Track Record

Minimum 5 years professional experience

At least 3 completed residential projects, ideally elevated or compact in style

Familiarity with Rizal LGU processes or similar

Solid record in handling full design docs, from concept to tender

Full drawing sets: architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, including supporting design calculations per discipline

Preaparation of Project Schedule and Resource Loading

BOQ, vendor and source list and cost estimation skills

Knowledge of PH codes (NBCP, Fire Code, etc.)

Sustainable design know-how (ventilation, water reuse, etc.)
