SM Prime has identified Silang, Cavite, as a potential site for a major development targeted for 2029. The planned project forms part of the company's broader multi-year expansion program, which aims to launch a major lifestyle center or mixed-use development each year from 2026 to 2030.

SM Prime has confirmed that the development is currently in the planning stage, with details such as the exact location, project scale, and groundbreaking schedule yet to be finalized or disclosed. Although no official location has been announced, long-standing local speculation points to the blue-fenced property beside Toyota Silang as the possible site of the future development.

In the meantime, residents of Silang may soon benefit from the opening of SM Nuvali, which will be located in Santa Rosa, Laguna, near the Silang boundary.
