OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 2026 CASHAI BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION RESULTS

The Election Committee (ELECOM) hereby officially announces the results of the 2026 CASHAI Board of Directors Election held on June 21, 2026.

A total of 342 qualified voters were eligible to participate in the election. Of this number, 178 members successfully cast their votes, resulting in a voter turnout rate of 52.04%.

Based on the certified election tally sheets, the following candidates have been duly elected to serve as members of the 2026 CASHAI Board of Directors.

Since there were eleven (11) candidates for eleven (11) Board of Directors positions, all candidates are hereby declared duly elected members of the 2026 CASHAI Board of Directors.

The Election Committee extends its sincere gratitude to all homeowners and members who participated in the election and exercised their right to vote. We likewise thank all candidates for their willingness to serve the community. We look forward to the newly elected Board's leadership and commitment in promoting the welfare and development of CASHAI.

ELECTION ADVISORY

To provide more opportunity for qualified members to participate in the 2026 CASHAI Board of Directors Election, the Election Committee has approved the extension of face-to-face voting hours from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

From 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, members of the Election Committee will visit the different phases of the subdivision to assist and facilitate voting for qualified voters who have not yet cast their ballots.

We encourage all qualified voters to take part and exercise their right to vote before the close of voting at 3:30 PM.

The CASHAI Election Committee hereby announces the start of the Campaign Period for the 2026 Board of Directors (BOD) Election.

Campaign Period:
June 16–19, 2026

All qualified candidates are encouraged to conduct their campaign activities responsibly and in accordance with the election rules and guidelines established by the Election Committee.

Members are invited to get to know the candidates, their qualifications, and their plans for the association to help make an informed decision during the election.
