2026 CASHAI BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION

The CASHAI Election Committee hereby announces the start of the Campaign Period for the 2026 Board of Directors (BOD) Election.

Campaign Period:
June 16–19, 2026

All qualified candidates are encouraged to conduct their campaign activities responsibly and in accordance with the election rules and guidelines established by the Election Committee.

Members are invited to get to know the candidates, their qualifications, and their plans for the association to help make an informed decision during the election.

For inquiries and concerns, please coordinate with the CASHAI Election Committee.

Schedule of Activities:
1. April 27 – May 15, 2026 – Submission of ER Form 1 or Certificate of Candidacy (COC) at the clubhouse

b. Please strictly follow the instructions in completing the form.
3. May 15, 2026 – Deliberation and orientation of qualified applicants
4. May 16, 2026 – Official declaration of qualified candidates
5. May 16 – May 29, 2026 – Campaign period
6. May 26 – May 29, 2026 – Final preparation of election documents (ELECOM)
7. May 31, 2026 – Election Day

To all CASA AMAYA HOA Members,

We, the Election Committee (ELECOM) Officers, would like to formally inform everyone that we have tendered our joint irrevocable resignation, effective immediately. Our resignation has been officially received by Ms. Carlota C. Cajoles, President of the Casa Amaya Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc.

This decision was made after careful consideration, with due respect to the organization and its members. We are deeply grateful for the trust and support extended to us during our term. It has been our honor to serve the CASA AMAYA community.

Please be informed that the matter regarding the special election will be addressed by the HOA Officers and the Board of Directors.

We remain hopeful for the continued honesty, transparency, integrity and progress of our subdivision.
