Rent-to-own is better than walang plan mag-own.

Hindi ito tungkol sa pagiging excited.
Hindi rin ito tungkol sa pressure.

Tungkol to sa direksyon.

Maraming tao ang nagrerenta
na walang malinaw na target.

Okay naman ang renta.
Nakakabayad.
Komportable.

Pero kapag tinanong mo sarili mo,
“Kailan mo balak mag-own?”
ang sagot madalas,
“Tsaka na.”

At habang “tsaka na” ang sagot,
tumataas ang presyo.
Tumataas ang renta.
Lumiliit ang options.

Time is not neutral.

Rent-to-own is not perfect.

May commitment.
May monthly responsibility.
May long-term obligation.

Pero may movement.

Every payment has direction.
Hindi lang siya bayad para makatira.
May patutunguhan siya.

Now let’s balance this.

Kung wala kang emergency fund,
kung sakto lang ang income mo,
kung wala kang buffer,
kahit rent-to-own delikado.

Affordability is not the same as stability.

Pero kung stable ang cash flow mo,
kung may savings ka na,
kung malinaw ang plano mo,

rent-to-own can be a structured step.

Mas risky ang walang plan
