IL GRANDE : OMBUDSMAN COMPLAINTS ARE TAXPAYERS OPTION FOR REMEDY
Like any other private businesses, taking legal actions and bringing it to public are always the last recourse.
We vehemently deny that the move to seek redress to the Office of the Ombudsman is not in any way politically motivated.
These complaints stemmed as far in the year 2021 when we raised our concerns to the Anti Red Tape Authority (ARTA) of the Office of the President.
Il GRANDE from the start pledged to comply with all the legalities excited with the thought that a true blue Toledonhhon will establish the very first private subdivision of this City.
We are committed to submit all requirements looking at the several Toledonhons who will be employed as the construction will go full swing in the next five years.
The attached Notice To Explain from ARTA will show that these complaints were raised long before the election season.
We believe that seeking remedies are our right as residents and taxpayers of this progressive City.
This will also give our distinguished City Officials, the chance to air their side.
