I am amazed at how this couple saw their investment as a potential source of rental income.
At first, nung nag-inquire si maโam (misis), ang reason lang talaga nila was to find a place for their child who will be studying near the school.
After the presentation, decided na sila sa unit. Then they asked if may available parking for their motorcycle.
Habang pinag-uusapan namin ang parking, biglang nag-iba ang usapan. ๐ From โparking lang poโ naging โparang magandang investment din pala โto!โ
