✨ 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐬𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐲. 🛵💛

⛽ As fuel prices continue to rise, tricycle drivers face daily challenges just to earn a living and support their families while serving the community. Their hard work and resilience truly deserve recognition.

🍱 In response, the Political Science class conducted an outreach activity to provide free meals for tricycle drivers—a simple yet meaningful way of showing gratitude and support during these difficult times.

🤝🏻 Through this initiative, the class hopes to share kindness and remind everyone that even small actions can make a difference. 💛

Sa panahon ngayon, ramdam po nating lahat ang patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng gasolina at pang-araw-araw na gastusin. Marami sa ating mga rider at driver ang patuloy pa ring bumibiyahe kahit sobrang hirap, para lamang makapagtrabaho at makapag-provide sa kanilang pamilya.

Kaya po kami ay maglulunsad ng 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬/𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 bilang simpleng tulong at taos-pusong pasasalamat sa kanilang sakripisyo araw-araw.

Sa pamamagitan po ng programang ito, nais naming magbigay ng kahit simpleng pagkain na makakatulong sa kanilang pagod at araw-araw na biyahe.

Kung kayo po ay nais tumulong, anumang halaga po ay malaking bagay na at lubos naming pahahalagahan. Kahit maliit man o malaki, malaki po ang maitutulong nito para maipagpatuloy namin ang programang ito.

Binallay season na!🌾🙏

Sa pagdating ng Mahal na Araw, naaalala natin ang mga simpleng tradisyon na nagbibigay init sa puso at tahanan. Ang paggawa ng binallay ay simbolo ng pananampalataya, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal ng pamilya. Ang tamis at lambot nito ay paalala ng kababaang-loob, pasasalamat, at pagbabahagi sa kapwa.

Sa bawat balot ng dahon ng saging at bawat singaw ng bagong lutong malagkit, dala nito ang alaala ng ating kultura at mga kuwentong ipinapasa mula sa nakatatanda hanggang sa bagong henerasyon. 💚

Maglaan ng oras para magnilay, magpasalamat, at magsalo-salo kasama ang mga mahal sa buhay. Simple man ang handa, basta sama-sama, kumpleto ang diwa ng Mahal na Araw.

𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚

Pebrero 22, 1986. Sa puso ng Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, nagising ang diwa ng sambayanan. Hindi ito simpleng pagtitipon—ito’y pagbangon. Hindi galit ang namayani, kundi tapang. Hindi dahas ang nanaig, kundi pagkakaisa.

Sa pagitan ng mga tangke at rosaryo, ng kaba at pag-asa, tumindig ang taumbayan. Mga inang nagdarasal, mga kabataang nangangarap, mga manggagawang naniniwala na may bukas pang mas maliwanag. Walang may armas, ngunit lahat ay may paninindigan.

Doon umalingawngaw ang tinig na matagal na pinatahimik. Mga kamay na naghawak, mga pusong nagkaisa, mga yapak na sabay-sabay humakbang tungo sa kalayaan. Ang lansangan ay naging saksi sa kapangyarihan ng mapayapang pagkilos—isang paalala na kapag ang bayan ang kumilos, kahit ang pinakamalakas na pader ay kayang gumuho.

Ngayon, sa paggunita, itanong natin sa ating sarili: 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐍 𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐍?
Sapagkat ang kasaysayan ay hindi lamang binabasa—ito’y isinasabuhay. Kapag pinili nating matuto, nagiging gabay ang nakaraan. Kapag pinili nating manindigan, nagpapatuloy ang diwa ng EDSA sa bawat henerasyon.

This Valentine’s Day, we chose to spread love not only to people—but also to our beloved street dogs and cats. 🐶🐱 Instead of roses and chocolates, we shared food, care, and kindness with the strays who also deserve to feel loved.

Through our stray feeding activity, we were reminded that love has no boundaries—it reaches every paw, every tail wag, and every gentle purr. 🐾✨ Even the simplest act of feeding can mean comfort, hope, and a full heart for these fur babies.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to JCI Tuguegarao for sponsoring this entire activity. 💛 Your generosity made it possible for us to serve and care for our street dogs and cats.
