As FlexiHomes Philippines continues to expand its prefab and modular housing operations nationwide, we are officially opening accreditation for qualified installation contractors in the following areas:
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Batangas
📍 Metro Manila
We are seeking established and legally registered contractor companies with proven experience in construction, fabrication, installation, or project ex*****on.
QUALIFICATIONS:
✔ DTI or SEC Registered Company (Mandatory)
✔ Existing skilled manpower and installation team
✔ Experience in construction, steel works, fabrication, roofing, or modular installation
✔ Capacity to handle project-based operations within assigned territories
✔ Commitment to quality workmanship, safety compliance, and professional standards
FLEXIHOMES PHILIPPINES WILL PROVIDE:
✅ Prefabricated housing units and materials
✅ Engineering plans and installation standards
✅ Technical orientation and project briefing
✅ Installation training and certification support
✅ Logistics and delivery coordination
✅ Continuous project endorsements within assigned coverage areas
Please note:
• Accreditation is strictly for registered contractor companies only
• Independent freelancers or unregistered labor groups will not be accommodated
• All contractors shall undergo company evaluation and accreditation procedures prior to project endorsement
