RCD Group at 39: Boss RCD calls on the RCD Family to dream bigger, work harder, and build a greater future together.
As RCD Group celebrated its 39th Anniversary, Boss Rolando C. Delantar, RCD Group Chairman and RCD Land President & CEO, placed the spotlight where he believes it belongs: on the people who continue to build the RCD Family.
In his anniversary message, Boss RCD reminded the entire company that beyond properties, equipment, and accomplishments, its greatest asset has always been its people.
โWhen we achieve success, let us not celebrate individually, let us celebrate as one family. Because I firmly believe that our greatest asset is not our properties, equipment; our greatest asset is our people.โ
His message was both a recognition of the people behind RCD's journey and a challenge for everyone to raise the barโnot only for the company, but for themselves.

Boss RCD called on every member of the RCD Family to aim higher, take greater responsibility, and believe in what can be accomplished through collective effort.
โDream bigger. Work Harder. Raise your standards and take ownership. Never underestimate what we can accomplish when we move as one. Because RCD Family is not just a company, we are a team and a family; we are builders of dreams, we are builders of the future.โ
The message reflects the values that continue to shape the organization: loyalty, hard work, trust, ownership, and belief in one shared vision.
โข HONORING THE PEOPLE WHO BUILT WITH US
The anniversary celebration was also a tribute to the people whose dedication and commitment have helped shape RCD through the years.
Boss RCD recognized the contributions of the managers, employees, and salespersons who continue to help build not only RCD Group, but also the future of the families and communities they serve.
Among the night's meaningful moments was the recognition of 13 employees who have dedicated 5, 10, and 20 years of service to RCD Group. Each was honored with their respective Loyalty Ring, symbolizing years of commitment, trust, and shared growth.
The company's top-performing salespersons were also recognized and awarded for their outstanding contributions to RCD Land's continued success.
โข 39 YEARS IS ONLY THE FOUNDATION
While the anniversary honored the journey, Boss RCD reminded everyone that 39 years should not be a reason to become comfortable.
For him, 39 years is not the destinationโit is only the foundation.
The next chapter, he emphasized, must be bigger. With the real estate industry, customers, technology, and competition constantly changing, RCD must also be ready to evolve.
โThe next chapter of the RCD Family must be bigger than the rest. The real estate industry is changing, customers are changing, technology is changing, competition is becoming stronger; therefore, we must also change, we must innovate, we must move faster, we must become more professional, and most importantly we must work together.โ
With the right people, the right attitude, and one shared vision, Boss RCD believes RCD can continue to reach greater heights.

As the company looks toward its 40th year, the challenge is clear: look forward, not backward.
Be grateful for the people who built the foundation but have the courage to build what comes next.
