RGL Housing & Property Developer is a land development and construction outfit conceived in August 2013 by Mr. Lee who has been engaged in various family and corporate business. The business ventures of Mr. Lee with his wife Marybeth W. Lee ranged from glass & aluminum, automotive fuel, vehicle, vehicle repair, restaurant and hotel. Lee started his land development venture in 2010
though a working agreement with OBL La Casa Subdivision and developed Patricio Homes OBL La Casa Subdivision Housing Project a 46-unit high-end/executive subdivision in Lunzuran, Zamboanga City. Lee discontinued his partnership with OBL and formally formed RGL Housing & Property Developer in 2013 and started the development of Villa Patricio Homes Subdivision in June 2014. RGL Housing & Property Developer is committed to continuously provide the most needed housing and subdivision development in the city and networking with government, private and commercial banks and institutions. A company born from the city’s leading glass and aluminum company (RGL Glass & Aluminum House) for more than 20 years, RGL Housing & Property Developer is on the road to a more long-term program of development. Construct housing units from low-cost to high-end consumers coursing through the government agency, the HDMF as provided by law. Provide a programmed amortization payment to prospective customers and employers (i.e. institutions, agencies, corporations and others.)
