Originating in the 1920s with Shah Alam Khan's construction business, the entrepreneurial spirit continued through his nephew, Nawab Ali Khan, and son, Salim Khan, who diversified into petroleum. Following Salim's passing in 2020, his son Faisal Saleem and grandsons, Syed Zarak Faisal and Syed Aryaan Faisal, transitioned into construction. In 2024, they launched their first commercial project, SHAH ALAM CAR BAZAR, and constructed a 20,000 sq ft building for Concordia College in Dera Ismail Khan, reflecting their commitment to excellence and community development, along with many other projects in the past.
