Job Title: Hotel & Property Management Expert (Airbnb Portfolio Manager)
Location: Multiple Airbnb Sites based in Faisalabad/Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations
• Provide 5-star hospitality by promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests.
• Manage check-in/check-out processes
• Handle complaints or service issues with professionalism.
Property Management
• Oversee daily operations of multiple Airbnb properties.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with Airbnb standards.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff, maintenance teams, and third-party service providers.
• Manage inventory (toiletries, linens, supplies).
Business & Marketing Operations
• Monitor and optimize property performance (occupancy rates, guest reviews, revenue).
• Manage bookings, calendars, and pricing strategies across platforms.
• Prepare monthly reports on operations, expenses, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and Airbnb policies.
Marketing & Growth
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and bookings.
• Optimize Airbnb listings
• Collaborate with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers for cross-promotions.
• Track performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Team Management
• Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping and support staff.
• Establish service standards and ensure consistency across all sites.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in hotel management, hospitality, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in managing boutique hotels, serviced apartments, or vacation rentals.
• Local knowledge of Faisalabad
