The civic agency aka Capital Development Authority - CDA, Islamabad fetched Rs16.6 billion after auctioning 13 commercial plots in the three-day auction.

Plot No. 13- G at F-8 Markaz was auctioned for Rs1.22 billion,
Plot No. 16-D at F-8 Markaz for Rs1.24 billion.
Plot No. 4-D at G-8 Markaz was auctioned for Rs598.3 million,
Plot No. 10 in Blue Area G-8 was auctioned for Rs5.35 billion.
Plot No. 1-B in I-8 Centre fetched Rs2.5 billion,
resulting in a total of about Rs11 billion from the sale of five plots.

Plot No. 8, designated for the hotel category on Garden Avenue, was auctioned off for Rs4.2 billion rupees.

Plot 4-C Blue Area, 1333.33 sq yards against Rs2.61 billion
Plot 2-D, Class-III, G-9/1, 133.33 sq yards was auctioned against Rs157 million
Plot 2-F, Class-III G-9/1, 133.33 sq yards against Rs147.9 million
Plot 2-I, Class III, G-9/1, 133.33 sq yards for Rs189.9 million
Plot 2-G, Class III, G-9/1, 133.33 sq yards auctioned against Rs166.66 million
Plot 1-B, Class-III, G-9/3, 133.33 sq yards was sold against Rs151.3 million
Plot 53-B, I-8 Markaz, 444.44 sq yards at Rs786.66 million
This auction was successful despite challenging economic conditions, offering flexible payment plans and favorable terms for investors.
