Capital Smart City Latest Development Status:

Now, the Jamia Mosque has been fully built. The management team offered Asar prayer commanded by the well-known Scholar Muhammad Saqib Musatafai Sahab.
Capital Smart City Executive Block
In the Executive block site, the land is also being leveled and cleared. Sewerage pipelines are being placed. The construction of Smart Villas has also started. After Overseas-1, Executive block phase-1 is now expected to get proprietorship. So, quick development is being done in the Executive block as well.
Capital Hills Development Status
At Capital Smart City, Capital Hills is constructed on the complete structure of an 18-hole signature golf course bounded by villas and apartments. Capital Hills development has started with cutting in progress and earthwork.
Lake View Heights Updates

Freij International intends for the plan of the amusement park in CSC. On 23rd October 2019, they signed a proper MOU has with Friej International for the park plan. It is a traveling plus entertainment company that on organizing carnival rides, entertainment programs, and games for fun worldwide. They agreed on capital smart city Islamabad files.
