Junaid Shaheen, Country Head at WhaleCloud, Muhammad Arslan Azmat and Ahmed Rahal recently visited Legend46.

What started as a meeting with CEO Ali Hasnain Shah over coffee turned into a walk through the building. Retail on the ground floor. Office spaces. The Oasis Living serviced apartments. Flux Café, where most conversations here end up anyway.

The feedback that mattered was not about the finish. It was that everything is already running. Apartments occupied. Café trading. Offices in use.

Takhleeq builds this way deliberately. Investors should be able to walk through income, not renders.

Your team in Pakistan, without building a company in Pakistan.

Most offshore setups start with an entity, a lease, a fit-out and a crash course in local employment law. Months before anyone does any work.
