راولپنڈی تا حسن ابدال 40 کلومیٹر روڈ کی تعمیر کا ٹھیکہ منظور

اسلام آباد: نیشنل ہائی وے اتھارٹی (NHA) نے نیشنل ہائی وے N-5 کے راولپنڈی تا حسن ابدال سیکشن کی تعمیر و بحالی کے لیے 24 ارب 58 کروڑ 56 لاکھ 32 ہزار 287 روپے کا ٹھیکہ منظور کر لیا۔

این ایچ اے کے پروکیورمنٹ اینڈ کنٹریکٹ ایڈمنسٹریشن سیکشن کی جانب سے 5 اگست 2026 کو جاری کیے گئے لیٹر آف ایکسیپٹنس کے مطابق China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd (CCTEB) کو راولپنڈی–حسنابال روڈ کے 40 کلومیٹر سیکشن کے منصوبے کے لیے کامیاب ٹینڈرر قرار دیا گیا ہے۔

یہ منصوبہ Pakistan’s Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Framework Project، Phase-1A کا حصہ ہے، جس کے تحت نیشنل ہائی وے N-5 کے مجموعی 141 کلومیٹر کے مختلف حصوں کی تعمیر، بحالی اور بہتری کا کام کیا جا رہا ہے۔

دستاویز کے مطابق این ایچ اے نے کمپنی کی جانب سے جمع کرائے گئے ٹینڈر کو درست اور ترامیم کے مطابق قبول کرتے ہوئے منصوبے کی تکمیل، دیکھ بھال اور تعمیراتی نقائص کی درستی کے لیے مجموعی رقم 24,585,632,287.99 روپے مقرر کی ہے۔

این ایچ اے کے خط میں کمپنی کو ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ وہ معاہدے کی شرائط کے تحت 28 دن کے اندر پرفارمنس سکیورٹی جمع کرائے، جبکہ بینیفیشل اونرشپ سے متعلق مطلوبہ معلومات بھی فراہم کرنا ہوں گی۔

این ایچ اے کے مطابق اس فیصلے کی بنیاد 2 جولائی 2026 کو کھولے گئے مالیاتی ٹینڈر اور 31 جولائی 2026 کو این ایچ اے ایگزیکٹو بورڈ کے 486ویں اجلاس میں کیے گئے فیصلے پر ہے۔

راولپنڈی سے حسن ابدال تک N-5 کا یہ اہم سیکشن شمالی پنجاب کے لیے انتہائی اہم شاہراہ سمجھا جاتا ہے، جس کی تعمیر و بحالی سے راولپنڈی، ٹیکسلا، واہ کینٹ، حسن ابدال اور گردونواح کے علاقوں کے درمیان سفری سہولیات اور ٹریفک روانی میں بہتری متوقع ہے۔
