Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting social media leads into real estate business, using their excellent sales and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to clients. The candidate will also be required to maintain an active and extensive network of contacts to generate leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to social media leads promptly and professionally.
Convert social media leads into clients by demonstrating exceptional sales and communication skills.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the real estate market, pricing, and the home buying/selling process.
Maintain an extensive network of contacts to generate leads and close deals.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and news.
Attend networking events and actively participate in industry associations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success as a real estate sales agent.
Strong sales and communication skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Active and extensive network of contacts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in social media platforms and CRM software.
Valid real estate license.
