A DHA property can look attractive at the asking price and still be the wrong investment.
Before comparing prices, look at what sits behind that number. Check the plot’s exact location, its access to main roads and commercial areas, what development is taking place around it, and whether there is genuine future demand for that particular location.
Two properties in the same DHA can have very different investment potential because of their surroundings, accessibility and future development.
The right question is not just “How much does it cost?”
It is “What am I getting for that price, and who will want this property in the future?”
