🚧 Faisal Town Phase 2 – Development Update | Q Block & S Block Connecting Bridge

Today’s site visit with Chaudhry Abdul Majeed Sahib, Chairman Faisal Town Group, covered several important development points of Faisal Town Phase 2.

Starting from the J & L Block, we visited the site along Chakri Road, followed by an inspection of the Rawalpindi Ring Road area. From there, we moved through Overseas 8 and reached Q Block, where an important development is underway.

🌉 Q Block & S Block Connecting Bridge

The connecting bridge between Q Block and S Block is currently under construction and is an important part of the connectivity and infrastructure development of the project.

Faisal Town Phase 2 — Seeing the Development, Connectivity & Future Potential On Ground! 🚀

Faisal Town Phase 2 | Development & Investment Update 🚀

Today, we were invited by Chaudhry Abdul Majeed Sahib, Chairman Faisal Town Group, for an exclusive visit to Faisal Town Phase 2.

During this visit, Chaudhry Abdul Majeed Sahib also conducted a complete tour of Faisal Town Phase 2, and we got the opportunity to see the ongoing development on ground.

In this video, I’m sharing an update from the CBD (Central Business District), particularly the connecting bridge being developed over the Silk River.

Along with the development update, I’m also sharing my views on the investment opportunities in Faisal Town Phase 2 and encouraging people to explore the project and consider investing for potential future returns.

Faisal Town Phase 1 — Building a Complete Community for the Future! 🏗️

During an important REC Meeting with Chaudhry Abdul Majeed Sahib, Chairman Faisal Town Group, several major development projects and future plans for Faisal Town Phase 1 were discussed.

From infrastructure and commercial development to education, healthcare, sports and community facilities, Faisal Town Phase 1 continues to move towards becoming a truly integrated and future-ready community.

🔹 C-BLOCK FT-1 Block Development
409 plots in C-BLOCK have been cleared, with further development work underway. The plan is to provide these areas with properly developed asphalt roads and improved infrastructure.

🔹 C-1 Downtown
The development and expansion of C-1 Downtown is also progressing, with additional land purchased to support future commercial and community development.

🔹 Faisal Heights
Non-stop development work is also continuing at Faisal Heights, adding further momentum to the overall development of Faisal Town Phase 1.

🎓 A Strong Focus on Education
One of the key visions discussed was the development of education campuses, schools and universities within the schemes. The focus is not only on residential development but on creating communities where families can access quality education, parks and other essential facilities.

🏢 Apollo Tower 2 — B Block
The meeting also highlighted Apollo Tower 2, located in Faisal Town B Block, associated with Syed Tanveer of Tanveer Associates, as an important commercial development.

For a healthier and more active lifestyle, two Pedal Courts are also being developed in Faisal Town B Block.

🏥 150-Bed Hospital
Healthcare infrastructure is another major priority, with a 150-bed hospital being developed in B Block to serve the community.

Today, we had a productive and insightful meeting with Ch. Abdul Majeed Sahib, Chairman Faisal Town Group, as part of REC.

The discussion covered important topics including business growth, strengthening our connection with the Faisal Town Group, supporting local businesses, restaurants, products, and creating new opportunities for everyone connected with the group.
