Overview
Blue World City Islamabad is a new housing project near proposed Rawalpindi Ring Road. This project is sponsored by Blue Group of Companies (BGC) in association with Shan Jian Municiple Engineering, China. The project has received planning permission from RDA. The project has been officially launched for bookings, and different sizes of residential and commercial plots are being offered on easy installments plan.
Blue World City is tagged as Pak China Friendly City, as it is the first private housing project which is being launched in association with a Chinese investment company. MOU for development of Blue World City has recently been signed between BGC and Shan Jian Municipal Engineering.
Blue World City is located at about 15 minutes drive from New Islamabad Airport, and it will be connected to Rawalpindi and Motorway through Thalian Interchange.
Location of BWC is marked along the intersection of Chakri Road and Proposed Rawalpindi Ring Road.
