Terms and Conditions:

1. Prices are inclusive of development charges
2. All payments shall be made in favor of New City Paradise / New City Housing Project.
3. Processing Fee will be charged as follows: 5 Marla – 10,000, 10 Marla – 15,000, Kanal – 20,000
4. All installments are required to be deposited by 1st of every month
5. The prices of exclusive of applicable government taxes
6. 10% discount on full payment and 5% on half payment applicable at the time of down payment.
7. Prime location charges: 10% extra of each category
8. Above are special prelaunch prices restricted to small number of inventory only (limited time offer)
9. The clearance of full payment will qualify the customer for delivery of plot within 1 year and 50% payment will let the customer to be a part of the balloting.
