Our team Mr. Burcay Yildiz, Kashif Rao and myself are very thankful to Honorable Mr. Samil Ayrim for hosting us & giving us time for discussion on fairy service from Pakistan to Turkey and he is very eager to work on this project. He did his military service in the Gölcük Military/Naval Shipyard in 1974-75. He served in various positions related to his profession at Denizcilik Bank shipyards between 1973-1974 and 1975-1983. In the meantime, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Ship Industry between 1983-1989. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Ship Industry between 1989-1995. He is the owner of the Medal of Progress awarded by the Azerbaijan Government. On April 1, 2020, he was awarded the "Order of Friendship" by the Azerbaijani Government for his services in reinforcing the friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
He was elected as a Member of Parliament for Iğdır in the 20th Term and as an Istanbul Deputy in the 21st Term. He served as a member of the SEE Commission and Vice-President, a Member of the Plan and Budget and the European Commission, and a Member of the Turkish Group of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
At present he is the Chairman of the 27th Term Turkey-Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group.

Our team Mr. Burcay Yildiz, Kashif Rao and myself are very thankful to Honorable Mr. Mustafa Hilmi Dulger for hosting us & giving us time for discussion. He served as Kilis District Governor Refik and Kilis Deputy District Governor, Ankara Elmadağ, Isparta Uluborlu, Elazığ Keban and Ankara Akyurt districts and Çankırı Deputy Governor. He served as the Civil Inspector General at the Ministry of Interior for 17 years. He conducted various studies on environmental pollution and environmental protection in England. In 2008, he worked as a visiting researcher at UCF, USA, on public administration and local administrations. During the 24th term, he served as an expert rapporteur in various commissions in the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
He was elected as a Member of Parliament for Kilis in the 26th term. He served on the Internal Affairs Commission and the Security and Intelligence Commission.
