Job Title: Female Sales Executive Officer
Job Description:
Our organization is looking for enthusiastic Female Sales Executive Officer in our Islamabad Office to join our team for our Real Estate projects. As a sales executive her responsibility will be drive the business through implementing vigorous and sustainable sales strategies. She must have the knowledge about Real Estate Industry. She will be responsible for generating leads and achieving sales target. Her duties also include preparing & delivering sales presentation and negotiation with prospective customers.
We are offering handsome salary and commission. Applicants with minimum 1 year experience in the Real Estate Marketing are preferred, however energetic and talented fresh candidates can also apply.
Responsibilities:
• Increase business by Generating Leads.
• Meet monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets & KPIs.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying clients and evaluating their progress.
• Giving sales presentation and provide deep knowledge of real estate projects to the potential clients.
• Make Calls to the prospective clients and maintain Follow ups.
• Maintaining relationships with clients to keep them satisfy by providing information and guidance about the new opportunities.
• Maintaining Client records.
• Responding the clients queries.
• Use modern marketing techniques and suggest new business strategies to expand the organization business
