In this video, we learn above said inteqal of property and discuss each and every column of mutation/Intekal.
What is inteqal?
Inteqal means mutation, Entering the name of new owner/purchaser and cancellation of ownership of last owner/seller in revenue record is called Inteqal of land.
Patwari aur Tehsildar k record mn zameen k Nay Malik/Khareedar ka naam likhny aur zameen Farokht krny waly ki malkiat ko khatim krna, Zameen ka Intekal kehlata hy.
There are 14 columns in register Intekal.
First column is Number Shumar, in this column Patwari writes the serial number of mutation which is to be passed.
After first column, column No.12 is filled. Title of column No.12 is “Qasim aur tarikh dakhil kharij mah Zar-e-Bay wa Zar-e-Rehn waghaira”
In this column No.12, Patwari writes the type of inteqal. There are 5 basic types of Intekal.
1. Inteqal bay,
2. Inteqal Arr Rehn/inteqal mortgage,
3. Inteqal Warast,
4. Inteqal Hiba,
5. Inteqal Tabadla,
