Ustaad G builders attended a high-level meeting hosted by ABAD on *11th September, 2026,* bringing together *Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi, including Additional IG Karachi Azad Khan, DIG South Syed Asad Raza, DIG West Irfan Ali Baloch, DIG East Farrukh Ali Lanjar, SSP SIU Samiullah Soomro, SSp East Zubair, Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Sajjad Ahmed Abro, Deputy Commissioner Korangi Masood Bhutto* of all districts, and other senior officials.

The meeting focused on key issues concerning the construction and development sector, law and order, encroachments, land-related matters, and other challenges faced by ABAD members.

محمد حسان، CEO اُستاد گروپ نے متعدد کوآپریٹو ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیز کی انتظامیہ کے نمائندگان کے ساتھ ایک اہم اور مفید اجلاس منعقد کیا، جس میں ان تمام سوسائٹی کے ممبران کو قبضہ مافیا کی جانب سے درپیش مسائل، مشکلات اور ان کے مؤثر حل کے حوالے سے تفصیلی تبادلۂ خیال کیا گیا۔

اجلاس میں جوائنٹ ایکشن کمیٹی (JAC) کے قیام کا فیصلہ کیا گیا،

جس کا مقصد سرکاری اداروں میں موجود کالی بھیڑوں کے غیر قانونی اقدامات اور لینڈ گریبرز کی جانب سے زمینوں پر ناجائز قبضوں کے خلاف مشترکہ جدوجہد کرنا، جبکہ متعلقہ سرکاری اداروں اور قانونی فورمز کے ذریعے قانونی اور مؤثر ریلیف حاصل کرنا ہے اور مشترکہ جدوجہد میں معاونت کو فروغ دینا ہے

اس مشترکہ پلیٹ فارم میں اسکیم 33 و 45،کی احسن آباد سوسائٹی، عظیم آباد کوآپریٹو سوسائٹی، بجنور کوآپریٹو سوسائٹی، دہلی مرکنٹائل سوسائٹی، غوثیہ کوآپریٹو سوسائٹی، جودھپور راجستھان کوآپریٹو سوسائٹی، ٹیلی فون ایمپلائز کوآپریٹو سوسائٹی سمیت دیگر سوسائٹیز شامل ہیں۔

کمیٹی کا بنیادی مقصد حقیقی ممبران اور الاٹیز کو عالی عدلیہ سے ریلیف فراہم کرنا اور دیرینہ تنازعات کو قانون کے مطابق باہمی مشاورت سے جلد حل کرنے کے لیے مشترکہ اور مؤثر اقدامات کرنا ہے۔
