I will say it straight it is booming. For end users it has truly become a great area to live. And there is big infrastructure coming. The BRT Red Line project on University Road a 26 kilometre corridor funded by Asian Development Bank with $503 million investment is under construction. Work is ongoing. When this fully opens and buses start running from Malir to Numaish Scheme 33 will be in a completely different zone with completely different prices.
