بحریہ ٹاون کراچی 2 کی آفیشل بریفنگ شاہد قریشی صاحب کا کہنا تھا اتنے لوگ یہاں پر موجود ہیں ماشاءاللہ میرا نہیں خیال یہ پانچ پانچ چھ چھ پلاٹ بھی لیں تو یہ سارا پروجیکٹ ختم ہو جانا ہے۔
⭕ یہاں پر ہم انشاءاللہ واٹر پارک بنائیں گے جو پاکستان کی سب سے بڑی واٹر پارک ہوگی۔
⭕ 31 کو یہاں پر BTK2 میں بڑا میوزیکل ایونٹ ہو گا فائر ورک ہوگا اور یہاں پر اسی سائٹ پر ہوگا اور یہ Open For All ہوگا آپ سب یہاں پر فیملیز کے ساتھ آئیں اور انجوائے کریں عاطف اسلم کو ہم نے اسی لئے بلایا ہے اور ایسا فائر ورک ہوگا جو پاکستان کی ہسٹری میں نہیں ہوا ہوگا۔
⭕ پانچ جنوری 2023 سے إنشاءاللّٰه BTK 2 کو لانچ کرنے جا رہے ہیں۔
⭕ سب سے بڑی بات اس میں یہ ہے کہ پلاٹ جو ہیں وہ لیز بھی ہو سکتے ہیں۔
⭕ بحریہ ٹاون کراچی 2 کامنصوبہ سیون ڈولپمنٹ اتھارٹی SDA اور SBCA سے مکمل منظور شدہ ہے۔
⭕ تمام پلاٹس 4 سالہ قسطوں پر دیئے جارہے ہیں جن کی 8 سے 11 فیصد ہم نے ڈاؤن پیمنٹ رکھی ہے۔
⭕ جو غلطیاں بحریہ ٹاون میں ہوئی ہیں، وہ آئندہ نہیں ہونگی۔
⭕ بحریہ ٹاون کا مقابلہ صرف بحریہ ٹاون سے ہے اور کسی سے نہیں ہے۔
⭕ 86,000 لوگوں کو کم عرصہ میں اب تک قبضہ دے چکے ہیں۔
