Bahria Town Karachi NEW Rooftop Approval — We Built It FIRST (148 Sq Yd)
1️⃣ MUMTY + ROOFTOP ACCESS — A direct staircase running up to the slab. This approval is only about a month old. Before this, Bahria Town Karachi did not permit final rooftop use at all. Now you can build storage up there or install your battery system.
2️⃣ WINDOW PROJECTION — Keeps rainwater from running directly into the window and handles wind pressure on the facade.
3️⃣ POWDER WASHROOM PLACEMENT — Standard practice in BTK is to put it near the entrance. In my opinion that's a mistake — the space is far too congested for a six-foot person to use comfortably. We moved it beside the drawing room instead and turned that original space into a study room.
