Santex builders and developers was established in 2017 as a subsidiary of European renowned company Santex Group (SG). The parent company Santex has successfully delivered many projects in different parts of the world. Since the owners of Santex belong to Pakistan, the Group decided to play a significant role for the development of their native country Pakistan. Currently the company has initiated work on six mega projects i.e., a residential city, an industrial city, farm houses, mega mall & a superb luxury club house.
