This is what the tap water looks like here in apartment. unfortunately even on prestigious eid al adha the supply of water is contaminated and naegleria virus on the rise in karachi. the employed who are managing this are thinking of there own profit only and no safety of children and residents living here.

Get Ready For Lifts being Out of Service. The Elevators barely runs with passengers no maintenance is being done on these old issues. Load Shedding is on the rise & rain is about to come. the Elevator barely works on direct electricity and some how it doesn't picks up or remains off on generator mode. the generators are repaired several times. there is no sign or notice of taking pre measures to avoid inconvenience. residents are already complaining being trapped in elevators. cargo lifts for emergency is also not functioning. makes you wonder, where is maintenance being done.

Unfortunately, the water issue got more worse. your health and wealth is at risk. the so called Re-Construction was just a bait. the middle employees are not only misleading but also involved in personalized feedback to blame other apartment / block instead of justifying maintenance. the employees run the system and system is run by your wealth. THINK ABOUT IT. the neighboring apartments are still standing strong and they practically show unlike here its justified with janitorial service or petty errand work. you`ll also be told that previous management / authority did it but in actual the system is the still the same. Makes you wonder where did all the maintenance was being spent!.

So the apartment is flooded with village families and each apartments consisting of renting out / selling / guest visits to families more then 6 to 7 persons occupying each flat. resulted in garbage on floors, elevator misused by young people, water shortage, continuous heavy throbbing sounds, occupying spaces on floor and in ground, privacy breaching, loud music / noises in flats and kids playing on floors instead of ground. the fact remains of suffering by the individuals who are paying the price for such acts. neighboring apartments have executed that such menace is avoided to targeted apartments, ensuring that society is still the best society to live as the name speaks. but unfortunately it has become far worse here now.

Serious Water Supply Issue Is Erupted here Even In Winters, Neighboring Apartments Are Always Getting Clean And Neat (Drinkable) Water in Their Water Taps. Its Not Only Hazardous To Your Health, Skin And Kitchen But Also Result in Bad Odour. Its Not Visible but you`ll know soon when your faucets starts getting RUSTIER. Neighboring Apartment are not short of any water nor they are providing any hazardous water. stay safe !!

Neighboring Apartments are keeping strict eye on every person entering the premises, ensuring cars parking are secure, ensuring that no other person is keeping an eye without reason to residential flats. Most of all Mobile and network Signal issues are on the rise, in such time this can be dangerous in case of emergency,. Neighbor Apartments are also tightening means of communication (network and internet signals) from the supplier to become more stronger. They Are Also Seeing IF Glass Windows are Concealed Too And Have Emergency Back Up Numbers Of Their Own Unions. At The Same Time, They Are Stricken Security To Avoid Loose Ends During This Event. It Will Be A 48 Hours High Tide Event Because We Are Near Sea Shores And In Radar Of This Cyclone. Hoping That The Union Have Taken Advance Steps In This Regard, Stay Safe And Stay Connected.

as the news is out breaking, it is now confirmed that starting 2nd July 2022 it will rain more then last year. even there are great chances of urban . last year cars were floating in basement, there was no electricity for 3 days. Generators went out of fuel, elevators were not operational, no water was filled in top roof tank for supplying to residence, rain water slashed in basement and caused flies insects making basement more filthier. reception was used by outside people, ground was used by outside people from neighboring houses / unknown people to accommodate, kitchen sewerage, washroom sewerage were clogged. this time the rain is 40% more heavier then last year as india & bangladesh weather system (where heavy damage and flood is currently being carried out) has now entered karachi. neighboring apartments have already set out all the precautions, enough fuel supply, enough water dispensing for residents, floor continuous electricity, detoxing clogged sewerage and cleaning duck recycle bins to prepared for the worst and most importantly they have improved security as the communication system in karachi falls.

Neighboring Apartments are indicating that Due To Increase In stealing Cars Accessories are rising. Mostly the employees relevant or known people are doubted as they are well aware of the car owners activity at parking lots or basements. this can be strange as some unknown people are nesting besides cars that are parked, indicating specially regular car washers or temporary drivers. also mostly maid like women are often being found sitting in stair ways or even coming to domestic door steps for begging. the area is reporting bogus people also for not opening doors to delivery guys or unknown people. these regular people often tell whereabouts of owners/residence to other people in apartments and taking advantage of such situations. so keep close eyes specially in ramadan and eid where most of the people may not be found at home or cars being idle for days.

there is a swimming pool, gym and badminton court. where our kids use to play and maintained family atmosphere. now there is just even the lights stays off and children often seen playing in darkness. at least there can be decent activity when ground lights are on. this way children and teenage will stay active in positive socialist activities,competitions etc families can jog walk or socialize in more friendly atmosphere, ground will feel more lively again and most importantly these activities diverts a society for unfore negative activities. this is why these facilities were made.
