Since a few days are left for the to start, the growing popularity of its franchise Karachi Kings has heightened the sponsors’ interest in the team. On January 27, the franchise finalized all its , with Bahria Town becoming the lead sponsor of the Karachi Kings.

Ali Riaz, son of and of Bahria Town, said the step was taken to promote the PSL. He vowed to help support Pakistan cricket further together with the ARY Network.
