Al Karim Estate & Builders is looking for an experienced, technically strong and responsible Site Engineer to manage and supervise our high-rise projects in Bahria Town Karachi.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of BOQ, structural & architectural drawings, plumbing, electrical/MEP works, finishing, measurements, material specifications and quality control.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for site ex*****on, contractor & labour coordination, checking workmanship, monitoring daily progress, verifying measurements and contractor bills, identifying technical issues, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that all work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
