Yeh sawal 100 baar poochte hain log, aaj clear kar deta hoon.
BAHRIA TOWN KARACHI:
Infrastructure complete…road, parks, facilities ready.
Lekin legal issues pending hain. Prices peaked se 40% tak gir chuki hain. Resale liquidity slow hai. Buyers cautious hain. Kab issue solve hoga? No clear timeline.
Agar idle cash hai aur 4-5 saal patience hai…risk le sakte ho. Lekin yeh bet hai, sure deal nahi.
DHA CITY KARACHI:
2027 tak boom expected…Malir Expressway catalyst. Liquidity faster hai HOT sectors mein (3, 5, 7). Development process clear. Possession + allotment = legal clarity.
Infrastructure like development progress is slow as compare to BTK and its true that Bahria Town karachi infrastructure don’t have any comparison.
