Salam, Hello readers hope you will find this post with good health, Well it is very sad news for bahria town Karachi, As we all have info bahria town cancelled the all old Karachi down-paid and 1 installment files including commercial. If it will happen finally then it will be a great loss for those invested in bahria town karachi, and i am scared it will hugely bad effect on bahria town in future and may will dilute the image of bahria town .
Well, this is very unfair policy of bahria town, thing need to understand. In sector- F when bahria town given facility of emerging of civic commercial. So the only got benefit those only down-paid or one paid instalment of sector-F files. Those given the instalment timely they were not facilitated by bahria town. It was clearly unbearable policy. and even surcharge waive off facility in ramadan and eid package given to down paid or 1 instalment files. My investor had the 3 files of 1 kanal in sector -F and he also has civic commercial and he wanted emerging too but he was failed to emerged , because his fault was only submitted instalment timely. After seeing what happened in Sector-F people didn’t submitted instalments especially in lahore and Punjab. Now we got this canellation news, well i tell you one thing when they blocked these files in december i went to bahria orchard and bahria official memeber told me in coming week resotration policy will announce so you have to wait for it, and meanwhile some realtors unblocked their files under the table it is totally unjust.
Well, after got confirmation of cancellation in Lahore investors and dealers made a plan of massive protest in the entrance of bahria town on daily basis until the decision will be reversed. So yesterday Bahria dealers association requested to postpone and taken responsibility they will talk to bahria higher management. and will give time frame to submit instalment for restoration of blocked/ cancelled files. if bahria dealer association will fail to negotiate then investors and dealers have a plan to protest until the decision reverse so i requested you to all those victim of this situation must consult with their dealers in bahria town lahore or karachi and do active participation in protest against cancellation of bahria town karachi files.
Well, in the end one question raised why bahria town cancelled . if we see the previous record bahria town havent done it before like this , without ballot and in the starting they cancelled a numerous files of all project. It is due to as we all know bahria always do over-selling and now they want to get rid of it. But one thing i assure if bahria town will not reverse this decision it will be huge set back for dealers and investors those believe in bahria town.
In the end , Malik Riaz should must re-consider this decision and must give one more chance and give at least one month time frame to submit their pending dues.
