Our top of the line research combines an emphasis on top-down analysis, which generates regional weights and sector or property type picks, with bottom-up research on individual assets, submarkets, and markets to help form investment decisions. Led by Jibran Jameel, Managing Director, the team averages 16 years of industry experience. Members of the firm have extensive experience across property types and relevant disciplines.
