Sahil 300 square yards permission to construct houses is being awaited for a long time. With infrastructure like roads being completed and sewerage work at an advanced stage, one can safely assume that permission to construct may be round the corner. It goes without saying that once permission is granted, plot price appreciation will at least be 10%- 15% (We are being very conservative here).
One may say that i make more than 10% in stock market or any other avenue of investment in 15 days but here we are talking about rock solid investment which has huge upside potential. Just imagine the positioning of Sahil plot. Sahil plots are near the Arabian sea which it towards its South, Hyperstar near sea view is now a centre of gravity - being shopping paradise to left of Sahil. On its extreme right are famous hang out place to eat like Kolachi and chain of other restaurants and towards its North we have Creek Vista and "The Palace" which is fast becoming place to hang out.
Remember what happened to Beach Avenue plots price appreciation, which is at the periphery of Sahil plots. If you don't know the crazy story where it sky rocketed in no time to a level that is beyond one imagination - wait for our next post that we will write later sometime.
