South Air is set to begin its scheduled commercial operations in Pakistan with its inaugural Karachi–Islamabad flight on July 16, 2026.
The airline has opened bookings, with one-way fares reportedly starting from Rs. 14,000. The service will operate using an ATR 72 aircraft and include a scheduled stop in Bahawalpur, resulting in a total travel time of about 4 hours and 10 minutes.
Early demand appears strong, with Economy Premium seats already sold out before the launch. South Air says it aims to improve domestic connectivity by linking major cities with underserved destinations across Pakistan.
