In last about 12 months every corner of Pakistan has appreciated less DHA & DHA CITY. It is about time to invest in City for at least 18-24 months, we expect very reasonable gains. The Expressway is also likely to come up in next 24 months after which Both Behria & City will actually be accessible & will start completing with DHA main..my 2 cent

DCK & Behria is not livable in real sense till the time the Maleer Express Way project is complete, which may take 3 years plus delays. And by that time I see 5 m plots worth 10 m plus. Real change will come when construction of Army Housing starts side by side, the Maleer express way, which could be any time in the first half of next year. In the mean time we will have regular water & power availability. Therefore if anyone is interested to build his house, he should be buying the plot of now, and start construction in 2020 so as to finish sometime around 2022 1st half....that should be the time line for living in DCK. If it is only for investment purpose one should look for at least 2 years plus, to double his investment. NAB

It has been a long time that this page was not active due to some reasons. Will be posting a detailed update about the state of property and its future outlook very soon. The current situation could be a opportunity in waiting for investors looking for a medium to long term investment in developing residential land or special economic zones which will soon crop up under the CPEC.
