POSITION: HEAD OF SALES (GROUP LEVEL)
H&H Group, a leading name in Real Estate and diversified services, is seeking a High-Performance Sales Leader. We need a "Closer" who can take charge of our entire sales ecosystem and drive multi-million rupee revenue across all group subsidiaries.
THE CORE MANDATE:
Sales Force Architecture: Build, train, and aggressively manage a specialized sales team for Al Rehman Paradise and other premium real estate ventures.
Multi-Sector Growth: Generate and close leads for our Event Management (SEM), Catering, and Hospitality divisions.
Digital Sales Strategy: Lead the creation of high-converting social media marketing campaigns and lead-generation funnels.
High-Stakes Negotiation: Directly handle high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate investors to close big-ticket deals.
Target Management: Ensure every sales unit within the group is meeting and exceeding its monthly benchmarks.
THE "IRON-CLAD" COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
We are looking for a Partner in Profit, not a 9-to-5 employee.
TARGETED SALARY: PKR 200,000/- (Fixed salary is strictly contingent upon meeting minimum monthly sales targets. No results, no fixed pay.)
UNIDENTIFIED COMMISSION: A massive commission structure on every individual and team closing across the group.
QUARTERLY "JACKPOT" DEALS: Direct participation in high-profit management deals—designed for a leader who wants to earn like a Tycoon.
CANDIDATE CRITERIA:
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in aggressive Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
Skills: Expert-level negotiation, team leadership, and digital marketing knowledge.
Education: Well-educated with a professional corporate presence.
Mindset: An "Execution-First" leader who thrives under pressure and delivers results without excuses.
