This Video Contains the Analysis of the Market during the tenure of Former Prime Minister Imran Khan SB, Although the approach to collect taxes and make a bigger cash flow cycle in Real estate Pakistan was good but no one told Khan Sb that the abnormal prices will create much uncertainty afterwards.
Because one thing is for sure which is text book theory that if someone deliberately pumps market without any real reason or factor behind it then the markets falls real bad and corrects for a longer period than usual and so here we are facing the crises of Real estate sector like never before.
This doesn't mean that Real estate markets will not perform in the future but this means only the correction cycle will get a little longer but once the market starts moving we will see the prices going mad.

This Video Explains the Real estate market cycle and how to be careful getting in and out of the market.
DHA Quetta topped out in the last cycle around 15 million rupees and now it came down to 5 million which gives us a correction of more than 180% so the point here is to understand is you were quite confident buying a product of DHA Quetta when it was trending upwards and was topping out because you have no idea of how market cycle ends and same is the case with DHA Phase 10 as well.
So the point here is to understand the Real estate market cycle and make good and accurate decisions on time and make the best out of market when it is fully rewarding and jumping in when everyone is saying it won't recover anytime soon.

For Time and again I have been warning people for making emotional decisions in financial markets and how to think rational while making decisions in Real estate.
Its all about timings and checking the indications of the market while studying the history of that particular product you are interested investing into.
Dha Quetta rose from 45 lac rupees to 150 lac rupees which makes a percentage gains of almost 250% in less than 1.5 year, such a volatile move will always accompanied by a larger degree of correction.
Dha Multan products were the most overvalued assets because Dha Multan was driven by the Market dealers always hyping up the market with never ending demand while the actual buyers were less than inquires showed up and that made seller confused and for that reason less availability in the market made the market go up certainly because of less seller.
Lahore Smart City made almost market premium just went crazy from 8 lac own to 70 lac in just 6 months an enormous gains of 800% which fell drastically when market cooled off.

So In files Learn to take profit from the market even if its less then you expected.
Don't invest more than you are afraid to lose.
You can always earn more by entering and exiting from the market swiftly and make more out of it while holding on your files.

As I have explained in the video that If You have made a wise and timely decision in Dha Phase 6 Lahore You could have gained almost 300% more than holding Gold in the last 10 years.
