However, this is now the deciding moment. The total legal fee is 𝐏𝐊𝐑 𝟏.𝟐 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧, and without reaching this amount, we cannot proceed with hiring the lawyer or initiating the case. With over 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 in this group, achieving this target is possible - but only if everyone plays their part now.

This is our last and only chance to move forward legally and begin the process of recovering our hard-earned money. Any further delay will directly impact our ability to pursue the case.

السلام علیکم تمام احباب،

یہ معاملہ صرف پیسوں کا نہیں، بلکہ ہر متاثرہ خاندان کے لیے انصاف کا ہے۔

ہم نے شفافیت کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے مشترکہ اکاؤنٹ قائم کیا اور قانونی مدد حاصل کرنے کی جانب ایک اہم قدم اٹھایا ہے، مگر تمام اراکین کے باہمی تعاون کے بغیر ہم آگے نہیں بڑھ سکتے۔ ہر تاخیر ہمارے کیس کو کمزور کرتی ہے اور انصاف کے حصول کو مزید مشکل بنا دیتی ہے۔

اگر ہم مقررہ رقم بروقت جمع نہ کر سکے تو اپنی محنت کی کمائی واپس حاصل کرنا انتہائی مشکل ہو جائے گا۔ یہ وہ لمحہ ہے جہاں اتحاد سب سے زیادہ ضروری ہے۔

ہم تمام اراکین سے مؤدبانہ درخواست کرتے ہیں کہ اس معاملے کو سنجیدگی سے لیں اور اپنی رقم جلد از جلد جمع کروائیں۔ آپ کی بروقت ادائیگی صرف ایک مالی تعاون نہیں بلکہ انصاف کی امید ہے۔

ہم سب مل کر ہی اس جدوجہد میں کامیاب ہو سکتے ہیں، اکیلے نہیں۔

*Assalam-o-Alaikum Everyone* ,

I hope you all are doing well.

We would like to update you on an important development by the *core committee (10 members*). Over the past several days, the team worked day and night to open a mutual account to ensure complete transparency in all financial matters.

Opening a joint account without blood relations is extremely difficult; however, due to the untiring efforts of Malik Ahmad Sb and Saqib Sb, this milestone was successfully achieved. .

With the account now active, we are moving to the next crucial stage: hiring a lawyer for our case.

After detailed negotiations, the lawyer has agreed to take our case until the final verdict, including proceedings in higher courts, if required. The lawyer will also actively pursue the case and try his best to pressurize NAB and the courts for an early resolution.

The agreed legal fee is *PKR 1,200,000 (1.2 million).*

To meet this amount, we have calculated a contribution of *PKR 8,000 per person*, which is reasonable and necessary to move forward.
