📄 Real Estate Adviser / Consultant
– Terms & Conditions
1. Services Scope
The Consultant (I-S-E Real Estate) provides professional advice regarding:
• Buying, selling, and renting of properties
• Investment guidance in real estate (DHA, Askari, Gwadar, etc.)
• Market analysis and property valuation
The Consultant acts only as an advisor/mediator, not the owner or developer.

2. Commission / Service Charges
• A commission fee will be charged upon successful deal closure.
• Standard commission:
• Sale/Purchase: 2% (each)
• Rental: 1 month rent (or agreed terms)
• Commission becomes payable immediately after deal finalization.

3. Client Responsibility
• The client must provide accurate and complete information.
• All final decisions (buy/sell/invest) are the client’s responsibility.
• Client should verify legal documents independently if required.

4. Property Verification
• The Consultant will assist in basic verification, but:
• Does not guarantee legal status, approvals, or NOCs
• Recommends verification from relevant authorities (DHA, LDA, etc.)

5. No Guarantee Clause
• Property prices and market trends may change.
• The Consultant does not guarantee profit, appreciation, or rental income.
• All investments carry risk.

6. Confidentiality
• Client information will remain confidential.
• The Consultant will not share personal or financial details without consent.

7. Deal Cancellation
• If the client withdraws after agreement or token:
• Consultant may still claim service charges (if effort/time spent).
• Token/refund matters depend on seller/developer policies.

8. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion.
• If unresolved, jurisdiction will be as per Lahore courts.

9. Marketing Rights
• The Consultant may advertise property (photos/videos/details) for marketing unless client restricts in writing.
