A major international milestone for HRL Engineering. 🇵🇰🤝🇺🇿

HRL Engineering has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Khorezm Region, Republic of Uzbekistan, marking an important step towards the proposed development of a new smart city as part of the expansion of historic Khiva.
