JOB DESCRIPTION:
οƒ˜ Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project, under the direction of a Project Manager.
οƒ˜ Prepare project schedules including the SOV using AIA documentation.
οƒ˜ Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
οƒ˜ Prepare and submit the submittals for approval to the Architect.
οƒ˜ Prepare progress reports for clients.
οƒ˜ Manage the purchase of building materials.
οƒ˜ Hire and supervise subcontractors.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
οƒ˜ Experience of 2 years in the American Construction Industry.
οƒ˜ Have good project administration and management skills.
οƒ˜ Have in-depth knowledge of new systems and materials, and building codes and regulations.
οƒ˜ Use computer programs specific to the construction industry, such as scheduling and estimating software.
οƒ˜ Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
οƒ˜ Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email software.
οƒ˜ Speak, write and read English.
