National Police Foundation Co-operative Housing Societies were established in 1977. From 1977 till 2017 there were no elections held in Mohafiz town and was ruled by single management from decades. Appreciated the joint efforts of Muhammad Azam Joiya I.G, Chaudhary Mushtaq SSP Late, Chaudhary Rehmat DSP Late and Chaudhary Rahman. Who fought with the tyranny and thug management and made efforts to conduct free and fair elections for the first time in the history of Mohafiz town back in 2017. And Ghulam Haider Marth I.G was nominated for the Presidentship of Mohafiz town for the term of three years.
