Deputy registrar of Cooperative ORDER against illegal increase in utility bills. The society management is still charging higher rates even after the order is received. No RULE OF LAW in Pakistan.

Sewerage is the biggest issue of Audit Society as it is not connected to any main line. The management is currently disposing water waste in empty plots.

FAISAL BUTT (middle left in pic).. Leader of Shaheen Group (Audit & Accounts Society) is categorized as DNFBP in FBR. These are the people who are on watch list of various agencies and financial institutions as these could perform illegal financial transactions. While on right side ADEEL AHMED current General Secretary of society is clean.

پچھلے حفتے ڈپٹی رجسٹرار کی سوسائٹی انتظامیہ کو بلوں میں نہ جائز اضافے کو واپس لینے کی ہدایت پر عمل درآمد نہ ہونے پر آج پھر شاہین اور پاسبان گروپ DR کے دفتر پونچ گئے۔ درخواست کی گئی کے تحریری حکم نامہ جاری کیاجائے تا کے DR کے فیصلے پر عمل درآمد ہو۔ فل حال ابھی تک کوئی تحریری حکم نامہ موصول نہیں ہو سکا۔ برحال پر اُمید رہیں کے یہ اضافہ بغیر جنرل میٹنگ کے کیا گیا ہے جو کے نہ جائز اور غیر قانونی ہے تاہم یہ واپس ہو ہے جائے گا۔ سوسائٹی انتظامیہ کا کہنا ہے کے اگر تحریری حکم نامہ ملتا ہے تو اس پر عمل درآمد ہی گا اور جو لوگ بل ادا کر چکے ہیں اُن کا معاوضہ اگلے ماہ میں ایڈجسٹ ہو جائے گا۔

Today is last date of Water/Utility bill submission. Come in society office in Phase I & get you bill printed with new rates & Pay.



4 Marla = Rs. 1300
8 Marla = Rs. 1700
16 Marla = Rs. 2500

Above new rates are not reduced yet to old prices as currently no written order is received from Deputy Registrar. If bills are reduced in future then these amounts will be adjusted accordingly.
